Availability and Enrollment

As a parent cooperative preschool, each family plays a significant role in the proper functioning and maintenance of our program and school facility.  To make sure that our school is a good fit for your family, please be aware that the requirements for membership include:

  • Working in the classroom once a week on your workday (or attending each week with your child if enrolled in the toddler program)

  • Attending the evening parent meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at Roseville High School, plus beginning of the year orientation meetings. A few months in the school year are skipped--see yearly school calendar.

  • Participating in our school/class fundraisers.

  • Completing 9 school maintenance hours for AM and PM classes and 6 hours for Toddler classes, during your choice of scheduled Maintenance Days or Project Days (all dates are available at the beginning of the year for your planning convenience).

  • Obtaining and submitting proof of T.B., measles, pertussis, rubella, and influenza clearance prior to your first day of attendance.

  • Receipt of the required pre-fingerprinting declaration form and LiveScan fingerprint scan prior to your first day of attendance (More information on fingerprinting will be given to you during the enrollment process. LiveScan is completed at your own cost. A list of suggested locations & pricing is provided with your paperwork).

  • Prompt payment of annual registration fees $75, $100 annual Maintenance Fee (returned pending completion of your maintenance hours as outlined in the Member Handbook (see bottom of this page), and monthly tuition due on the 1st of each month.

Our program offers a wide range of sensory, art, music, fine motor, and large motor experiences for your child. For parents, our monthly meetings offer parent education with very informative speakers, discussions facilitated by our teachers, and presentations on the importance and value of play-based education. Your child is NOT required to be potty trained to attend RPEP.

We accept wait list applications for all classes year-round. The highest priority is given to currently enrolled children, which means all currently enrolled three- year-old children will automatically move to the four-year-old PM class the following year if so desired. Likewise, children currently enrolled in the toddler classes will be given first priority in the 3 year old AM class based upon their wait list application date.  (With two toddler classes funneling into one AM class, it is possible that even currently enrolled toddlers can be put on a waitlist for the AM program, however, most years it is not a problem.) Priority for enrollment in the toddler class is first-come, first served.

Age requirements are as follows:

  • Toddler class applicants must be 18 months old to begin attending class.

  • AM class is for 3-4 year olds who will be 3 by September 1st of the school year for which they are enrolling.

  • PM class is for 3.5-5 year olds who will be 4 by September 1st of the school year for which they are enrolling.

If you are interested in any of our classes and would like to enroll please click on the link below to get to our waitlist.  Fill out the application with a non-refundable $30.00 fee.  You will be contacted by someone in membership who will contact you.
